Error Message to Remove Photos Before Proceeding to Checkout 1.0

Due to technical issues with image files, you may see an error message during checkout that states you need to remove an image or images from your cart before you are able to proceed with checkout. If this happens, please follow the instructions below.

For Print Orders:

  1. Remove the image from your cart.
  2. If you have a copy of the image on your computer, you will need to reupload the image and then continue to place an order for that particular image. If you do not have a copy of the image, you will need to download the image to your account and then reupload it and then continue to place the order for the particular print.
  3. You will then be able to continue to checkout and place your order.

For Projects:

  1. Remove the project from your cart.
  2. Open the product builder and remove the image from your project. If the customer is working on a calendar, please make sure they remove the image from the top part of the calendar, as well as from the calendar grid (if they used the image in both spots).
  3. If you have a copy of the image on your computer, you will need to reupload the image and then place the image back in your project. If you do not have a copy of the image, you will need to download the image to your account and then reupload it and then add the image back to your project. Once the image is added, you can add the project to your cart and continue to place the order.
