How do I invite friends and family to join my group room?

  1. Click on the orange Group Rooms tab located in the center of your Photo Home page.
  2. Click the name or icon of the group room you would like to view or edit from the options provided.
  3. Once in your group room, select Invite New Member in the menu on the right side of your screen.
  4. On the following page, you'll see a form to create your email invitation.
  5. In the To field, type the email addresses of the people you want to invite. To use addresses from your address book, select Address book below the field.

    Note: Separate email addresses with commas or line breaks.

  6. The email form will show an existing subject line and message, but you can change either or both, if you prefer. Simply highlight the existing text and type over it.
  7. If you would like a copy of the message, select the Send me a copy box to the right.
  8. When you're satisfied with your invite, click on SEND INVITE at the bottom of the page.
  9. You'll see a confirmation message with several links directing you where you'd like to go next. Or, click on Cancel to return to your group room page.

How do I add albums to a group room?

  1. Click on the orange Group Rooms tab located in the center of your Photo Home page.
  2. Click the name or icon of the group room you would like to view or edit from the options provided.
  3. From the Albums section on the page, select Add Photos from the More You Can Do dropdown menu.
  4. On the next page, select the checkbox next to the albums you'd like to add to the room.
  5. When you have selected the albums you'd like to add, click on Add To Room.
  6. You will be taken back to the group page, where your albums will now be shown.

How do I add projects to a group room?

NOTE: Only photo books, cards, and calendar saved projects can be added to group rooms at this time.

  1. Click on the orange Group Rooms tab located in the center of your Photo Home page.
  2. Locate the Projects area below your albums and click Add a project or Create a new project.
  3. From the group room page, select Add in the menu to the right and choose Albums from the new menu that appears below.
  4. On the next page, click the checkbox next to the projects you'd like to add to the group room.
  5. Once you have selected the projects you'd like to add, click on ADD TO ROOM. You will be taken back to the group room page, where your projects will now be shown.

How do I view group members?

The creator of a group room can view the list of members at any time.

  1. Click on the orange Group Rooms tab located in the center of your Photo Home page
  2. Select View all members in the menu to the right.
  3. You will see a pop-up window listing the group members. You can invite additional people to become members by clicking on the link within the pop-up window.
  4. Select CLOSE to close the window and return to the group page.

How do I remove albums or projects from a group room?

The creator of a group room can remove any album or project in the room.

Note: When you remove an album or project from a group room, it is not deleted from your Walgreens account. A copy of it still remains in your photo library.

  1. Click on the orange Group Rooms tab located in the center of your Photo Home page.
  2. Click the name or icon of the group room you would like to view or edit from the options provided.
  3. Under the Aalbum section in the More You Can Do drop down, select Remove Albums
  4. Click on each album and/or project that you would like to remove. Then click REMOVE FROM ROOM.
  5. A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation. You can confirm the removal of the albums and/or projects you chose by selecting REMOVE, or choose Cancel to return to the previous page.

How do I remove messages from a group room?

The creator of a group room can remove any messages that have been posted to the room.

  1. Click on the orange Group Rooms tab located in the center of your Photo Home page.
  2. Click the name or icon of the group room you would like to view or edit from the options provided.
  3. Under the Comments section in the More You Can Do drop down, select Remove a Comment.
  4. Select the box next to each message that you would like to remove.
  5. Then click on REMOVE THESE MESSAGES.
  6. You will see a pop-up window asking you to confirm the removal of the messages you selected. To continue with the removal, click REMOVE. To cancel the removal, select Cancel.

How do I remove members from a group room?

The creator of a group room can remove a member from the group at any time.

  1. Locate the group room by clicking on the Group Rooms tab on your Photo Home page.
  2. In the Members box to the right, click Delete a member.
  3. Select the checkbox next to each member that you would like to remove and click Remove These Members.
  4. You will be asked to confirm removing the members you selected. To continue with the removal, click Remove. To cancel their removal and go back to the previous page, select Cancel.

Note: When you remove a member, the member's albums and projects will also be removed from the room.

How can I edit shared group room settings?

The creator of a group can edit the group's settings, which include the group's title, description, room code, cover photo, theme, and notifications. You can also delete the entire room.

  1. First, find the group room page by clicking on the Group Rooms tab in the center of your Photo Home page.
  2. Then click on the name or of the group you'd like to edit.
  3. From the group room's home page, select the Edit Group Room Settings link (near the center of the page).
  4. On the next page, you can change the title, password, or description of the group by typing in the fields provided.
  5. You can change the cover photo and/or the theme by selecting a new one from the options provided.
  6. You can also change the frequency of notifications by using the drop-down menu, or delete the entire room by selecting Delete room.
  7. When you are finished making changes, click Update Info at the bottom of the page.

How can I edit personal group room settings?

  1. Click on the orange Group Rooms tab located in the center of your Photo Home page.
  2. Click the name or icon of the group room you would like to view or edit from the options provided.
  3. From the group room's home page, select Edit Your Setting (near the top of the page).
  4. On the next page, you can set your preferences for that particular group. Use the drop-down menus to select how, and how often, you would like to be notified about group room updates.
  5. You can also choose whether to receive a notification when a new message is posted to the room.
  6. When you are satisfied with your settings, click UPDATE INFO.

How do I delete a group room?

Only the creator of a group can delete the room. Once a room has been deleted, all albums, projects, and messages will also be deleted from the room. However, they will remain in their original locations in the accounts of the people who added them.

  1. Click on the orange Group Rooms tab located in the center of your Photo Home page.
  2. Click the name or icon of the group room you would like to view or edit from the options provided.
  3. On the group room page, select Edit Group Room Settings.
  4. On the Edit room info page, select Delete room near the bottom of the page.
  5. You will see a pop-up window asking you to confirm the deletion. To cancel the deletion, select Cancel. To delete the room, click on DELETE ROOM.

How do I join a group room?

  1. In order to join a group room, you have to either be invited, or know the group's url. A room code may also be required. Just navigate to the group's url, and you will have joined.
  2. If you haven't been invited to a group room, you can create one yourself. Learn how to create a group room. If you have received an email inviting you to join a group room, accept the invitation by selecting JOIN GROUP ROOM and entering the Walgreens site.
  3. If you do not already have a Walgreens account, you will be asked to create one. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your free account. If you do have an account, you will be asked to sign in.
  4. Then select VIEW GROUP ROOM.
  5. Once you have joined the group room, you can add albums and projects, post messages, order prints, and more.

How do I remove myself from a group room?

  1. If you no longer wish to be a member of a group room, you can remove yourself from that room.
  2. Click on the orange Group Rooms tab located in the center of your Photo Home page.
  3. Click the name or icon of the group room you would like to view or edit from the options provided.
  4. On the group room page, select Edit Personal Settings.
  5. On the next page, select REMOVE ME.
  6. You'll see a pop-up window asking you to confirm that you'd like to be removed from the room.

Note: When you leave a group room, the albums and projects you placed in the room will be erased, and others in the room will no longer have access to them.

How can I protect the privacy of a group room?

You can protect the privacy of your group room with the use of a password, called a room code. When you create a group room, you'll be given the opportunity to create a password. Only users who know the password will be able to access your group room. If you do not use a password to protect your group room, anyone who knows the url (or web address) of your group room will be able to access it. If you create a room code and then you forget it, you will need to change it in your group room settings.

Can the public see photos and projects that are in my group room?

No. The only people who can see your photo(s) are those people who receive an email, link or social networking invitation from you to see the photo(s).

How can i copy images in a group room to my photo account?

Please use the steps below to copy images from a group room to your photo account.

  1. Once in the group room, click on the album that contains the image(s) you want to copy to your account.
  2. On the right side of the page, click Copy These Photos.
  3. Select the image(s) you want to copy and click Choose These Photos.
  4. Select the album you want to copy the image(s) to. You have the option to copy them to a new or an existing album.
  5. Click Copy Photos.
  6. Your album will open and the copied photos will appear.

How can i copy projects in a group room to my photo account?

Please use the steps below to copy projects from a group room to your photo account.
  1. Once in the group room, click on the project that you want to copy to your account.
  2. When the project opens, click the Save Icon.
  3. Click Save As.
  4. Name your project. You can either leave the default project name, or you can type over the default with your own name.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Navigate back to your photo home page and click on on Saved Projects.
  7. You will now see the project saved to your photo account.
