Mail-for-Me is a service for Photo where customers can place an order and chose to have their card mailed out to recipient from the store. There is a fee involved for mailing. Below are a list of frequently asked questions and answers regarding this service.
Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed? A: Yes, you will have 2 hours to cancel your order. Please note that you may not immediately be able to cancel your order, as it can take up to 5 minutes to process to through the system. After 5 minutes have passed, please try to cancel your order on our website. If problems persist, please do not hesitate to call Customer Care at Call 866-264-2910 toll-free, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.
Q: How to import my CSV file for recipient address import? A. To correctly import a CSV file from excel please enter all information into one column separated by semicolons. Example: recipient name;address 1;address 2;city;state;zip. For address2 if there is no “address 2” please put a space between the semicolon of address1 and address 2.

Q. Why do I keep getting an error when I import my csv file with addresses? A: Please ensure all address info is in a single cell in the row (eg., A1) vs split across several excel columns Ensure no extra spaces before or after the “;” field separators Ensure no punctuation in your addresses (.,’) If no 2nd address info, reflect that field as: ;; (123 Main St;;Union City;MA;12345) If you address list has bullets and you want to copy and paste into file, paste as plain text to remove any formatting.
